First contact
First phone contact with the candidate in order to get
to know the company and its services.
Ultimate goal of the first contact is to arrange a Skype
interview with the collaborating companies.

Skype Interview
The collaborating company organizes, via Skype or telephone,
a conversation with the potential candidate in order to get to
know better one another. They will inform the doctor about
the currently open positions and the selection process as well.
All the above mentioned services and support are offered
to the candidate and his family.

Profile Submission
Evaluation of the candidate from the collaborating
companies in cooperation with the hospital or any
other health institution.

Facilitate
After the CV’s evaluation, a Skype interview is arranged with
hospital. Finally, the selected doctor is invited for a study
tour to the specific region of interest in Sweden, Norway or
Denmark, and for an interview with the future employer. The
study tour usually takes two or three days. In one of them,
the candidate will have the interview, will get to see the clinic
and meet his colleagues.

Language Training
The intensive courses last 17-20 weeks, depending on the country and the
language level required. They provide doctors with knowledge and the
necessary vocabulary in order to communicate with their future colleagues
and patients.
The first two months courses are online. Afterwards, they are
held in our collaborators’ International Course centres among Europe, for
another 4 to 5 months depending on the destination country. Desirable
language level: Sweden C1, Denmark B2, Norway B2.

• Free furnished apartment.
• During the intensive courses, each candidate (doctor, dentist or nurse) that
has a signed contract of employment will get an allowance of 700-800 EUR
net monthly and an additional 70 EUR monthly for each child under 18.
• Children will be offered language courses and the youngest ones will
be able to go to the kindergarten at the same time.
• Help with the application for the medical degrees.

Going to live abroad is a major decision for our future candidates and their families.
